Thanks for stopping by my website. As a poet, author, freelance writer, researcher, and columnist, I stay pretty busy. My first foray into the world of writing, happened way back in grade school. I won second place in the state of Indiana for an essay contest. From then on, I was hooked. While I have preferred to stay behind the scenes, I have started coming out of my shell since my first booklet of poetry, "Midnight Musings", was published. Coming next spring, "Midnight Musings" will be re-released. I'm calling it a redux. All the original poems will be in there, as well as several new ones. I have always felt that poetry allows one to express inner demons, true love, and raw beauty, in the most complex of ways. I am currently working on a book with fellow Regal Crest author, Jeanine Hoffman. I write a monthly column (sometimes two) for one of the fastest growing ezines on the web, Savvy Auntie. I continue to give a few New York Times bestselling authors ideas, plot twists, and legends of the Cherokee people. Words are my life, and I hope that you enjoy reading them as much as I love putting them together for you.
